Robert worked in private practice as a solicitor from 2000, advising individuals, businesses and Lloyd's insurers regarding complex disputes and claims.  Robert was a partner in Shulmans LLP from 2004 to 2017 and was a partner in Weightmans LLP from 2017 to 2019 before taking an in-house role. He acquired the law firm Barings Limited in July 2025 and continues to provide legal consultancy services to corporates and to other law firms.

Sara has worked in a number of different businesses and sectors for more than 20 years and has particular experience in the engineering and manufacturing sectors.
